So far she has gained her professional expirience in mergers and acquistions department in one of the  reputable law firms, as well as in the company which specialises in providing legal services during investments on venture capital market.

She has participated in execution of assets deal as well as share deal transactions on private equity market, involving funds and entrepreneurs – both domestic and foreign. Her practice consists in particular of drafting documenets in venture capital and private equity transactions, participating in legal due diligence analysis as well as providing day-to-day legal advice to innovative entrepreneurs. She gained knowledge in corporate law, intellectual property law as well as employment law.

Attorney at law trainee in Warsaw Bar Association (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie). Graduate of Law at the University of Warsaw, as well as Center for American Law Studies a joint initiative of the Georgia State University, Emory University and the University of Warsaw.
